Letting Machines Perceive the 3D World:
Creating Value with 3D Data via Our Time-of-Flight Cameras

Why Vzense?

Generally, compared to stereo vision, ToF cameras provide denser 3D data and operate at higher frame rates. Since they do not require point correspondence matching, they are also easier to configure. Learn more about ToF Technology
We chose ToF, and that's just one of the reasons to choose us. In terms of ToF (Time of Flight) technology, it is divided into i-ToF and d-ToF. There are still a series of technical challenges in the design and manufacturing process of large resolution d-ToF chips. Most of the ToF cameras on the market are i-ToF, with chips that are relatively mature. However, existing interference and working distance range issues still need to be addressed. Thanks to our professional and experienced technical team, our cameras achieve unique advantages such as integration, high light resistance, and high frame rate. Versatile Applications of Vzense ToF Cameras

Time-of-Flight (ToF) cameras are revolutionizing various industries with their versatile applications. In Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), ToF cameras enable precise navigation, obstacle detection, and avoidance, enhancing operational efficiency in logistics and manufacturing environments. For item picking, ToF technology provides accurate 3D depth information, allowing robots to identify and pick items with high precision, thus streamlining warehouse operations. In the realm of people counting, ToF cameras offer reliable and non-intrusive solutions, accurately counting individuals in various settings such as retail stores, airports, and events, improving crowd management and safety. Additionally, ToF cameras are integral to automation processes, providing real-time 3D imaging that enhances machine vision systems for quality control, assembly, and packaging. Their ability to operate in diverse lighting conditions and deliver high-resolution depth data makes ToF cameras indispensable tools in the drive towards smarter, more efficient automated systems.
